It's easy to do yourself:

1. resize it to no more then 100 X 100 pixels
2. click on profile
3. go to upload avatar
4. Browse and select the phpto
5. Click upload

not easy. i can re-size but i cant get it to 15kb without it looking horrible and not worth it. whatever, i dont care. i dont even know what an avator is anyway!
