I have heard rumor... well that on rumor there was an Avalanche a few years ago.

Does anyone have info on this Question

I remember that. They blew a whole bunch of snow on the head wall. Then it rain, then that froze. When it started to get warm again it all fell down to the bottom.

Yes. It happened around 2002. Somehow the snowmaking didn't bond well and there was a slide. but the trail was closed so no one was hurt.
