Yesterdays Weather Conditions at WF
The white face of the winter day came sluggishly on, veiled in a frosty mist; and the shadowy skiers in the trail slowly changed to black substances; and the sun, blood-red on the eastern slides behind dark ski lifts and snow fields, seemed filled with the ruins of a forest it had set on fire.
Dickens (or a rendition thereof)
Skiing was good with good coverage on all trails. Trails that were closed are now reopened. I haven't skied upper sky in such weather conditions. You could not see more that 10 feet in front of you because of snow and fog. Bring your fat boards to skip and float over the heavy corn. Should be a good weekend. Might be to cold and crappy for pond skimming.
