Land prices near Wilmington

So now that Im about to enter the real world, Im thinking about where Id like to end up. I really want to settle down in a rural area near skiing and hiking, and really like the idea of Wilmington. Anyone know what land prices are running? Id just want a wooded acre or two to build a place on.

Land in willmington approx.30k to60k. Land five minutes down the road in Jay approx. 18k to 20k. I own six lots, and plan on building custom homes for folks like you. One piece is water front.
