ADK camps?

(I posted this on the Whiteface board, but thought I'd see if the Gore folks had some good ideas, too.)


Soon enough the kids will be old enough to spend some time on their own in the Adirondacks. Maybe next summer.

Any advice on good camps?

I've heard that North Country Camps (Lincoln for boys, Whippoorwill for girls) might be a good one (http://www.nccamps.com/index.shtml).

I went to Camp Colby on Lake Colby in Saranac Lake. That was pretty fun. Check out the NYS DEC Camps.
