VERY COOL.

What say you - the Burnt Ridge experts?

And where was that taken from?

That'd be my guess. Maybe one of the cuts is for the lift line? On the new trail map it looks like there's supposed to only be one trail coming straight down the ridge. Maybe the trail map is an approximation?

Somebody sure got it wrong one way or the other. Regardless, thanks for the pic.

Looks like they are making good progress. I'm a little confused as to the trail layout because neither the trail map nor the photograph seem to match what was submitted in the UMP. The trail map is probably off. Remember Sagamore?

Remember Sagamore?

The boat, or the hotel?

It was a trail that appeared on the map many seasons ago although it was never cut. They decided to cut Fox Lair instead as the intermediate run off of Bear Mountain towards the base. Sagamore was removed from the map the following season.

Wow, baby face smooooooooth compared to the Lookout shots.

But that does put some perspective on my width question, they must be some fairly long runs.

Nice cruisers

Forget that.

This ruins Burnt Ridge. Look at those cruisers.

Leave it one trail cut, give me a double or triple lift, and give me a lift to continue poaching the trees.

It's still on the trail map behind the chair hanging at the desk near Bulmer's office. Kinda cool too see what they had planned, check it out next time you're up there.

The trails at Burnt Ridge are pretty long. The new lift will be just short of 7,000 feet so everything has to be more than mile. More Vertical and shorter than the Showcase triple so there should be some fun pitch..

I've taken some photos while in the area and I think those are from up by the Summit Condos or out on Durkin road off of 28 ( just down from Stewarts). that has the best views..

We are hiking in this weekend to check them out

No....I THINK that's Burnt Ridge right?

Looks like it to me, but I couldn't believe it.

Look closely at today's pic on the website - I don't see any halfpipe in that pic.

You can see the halfpipe on the right side of the picture, indented into the ground . . . adkman is right
