:? First snowstorm of the year, and the webcam has been down for 3 hours! What's up?

It is looking good at Mt. Van Hoevenberg and LP. The Whiteface base looks to be getting rain right now, but there is clearly snow around 2000' in elevation.

They've turned it to the left to show the snow making it's way to the base. :D With the cold temps forcasted I'm thinking there will be guite a bit open.

Does the mountain stay open during the week once it opens, or only the weekends for a while?

In the past, once it's open it stays open, unless extreme bad weather forces it closed.
