Too bad the Gore Tele demo doesn't include a local option for renting equipment. There may be a very limited amount of rental equipment locally, but it is very limited.

Thanks for the info....I though the thread might be about their promotion (which it is I guess) I wanted to add that I can't believe there is nothing on the website that I can find which address the fact they were number 2 in the East....

What's Happening: Make sure to catch our USASA Boarder/Skiercross Saturday night at the North Creek Ski Bowl. And on Sunday, tele skiers can check out $19 clinics for all levels, racing, and demos.

They have suddenly started promoting themselves on the website

Perhaps the pendulum has swung too far in the other direction. From today's website:

Snow Report for Monday, Feb 02
New Snow Last 24 Hours: 13 inches

Hmm, I was there less than 24 hours ago. Did a huge storm materialize last night that I didn't know about? :? Perhaps a lake effect band that focused down on Gore Mountain?

THe website (on the "crystal ball" report for tomorrow) now correctly reflects 13 inches in the last 7 days.
