Also, next Saturday two of our WF ski school instructors are getting married at the top of the gondola..2pm I think.

don't know if you saw on the news a few years back, but somewhere another couple did the summit proposal thing and dropped a very expensive ring! big search, still could not find it. months later as the snow melted, Patrol found the ring.

FYI, don't know the outcome at Gore, but it was a YES at Whiteface.

hahahaha. well the Gore one. a photo snapped at THE moment showed unabashed-school girl delight on her face! i could tell she was THRILLED! he looked genuinely hopeful too. it was really cool. it's nice to see two people happy like that.

that photo will bring them many great memories over the years to come.
