Facebook is way different than the Web site. The idea is to provide answers to questions before the question is asked. Every post on Facebook leads to questions, why not be proactive and strike first by providing answers to the questions people naturally have a head of time. The Web site answers questions Gore thinks people have not what people really want to know.

Example - Burton Demo Day - Why not have an event RSVP set up on Facebook where people can discuss different Burton products they want to try. Also you can get a feel for how many people are going to be checking out the demo.

Facebook covers this by providing a different approach to PR and Marketing. You can control how a message is perceived and the desired outcome by thinking ahead of what questions people would have. Just some thoughts this morning.
