Thinking about hiking Marcy this summer. Is it possible to do it in a single day?

yes. Hiking Marcy from the Loj is very easy. It is a signifcant distance from the trailhead. Otherwise, the trail is gentle and virtually a superhighway. Its a little harder from the garden or upperworks.

It be a long but doable day.. Adk Loj is easiest access. I want to go in from the upperworks (Tahawus - Town of Newcomb) way this summer.
