Who is Sore Today

I skied Fri and Sat and I actually feel pretty good. I guess the trips to the gym paid off. My quads where burning a little on Sat while skiing, but when I woke up Sun. not bad at all.

No soreness at all and I outlasted my buddies all three days on the hill this weekend. Slaving away in the gym while they pounded beers really paid off.

I have to admit I am a little sore, but it's so sweet because it reminds me that i got to ski this weekend! Pray for snow!

I am , but it's because I played hockey for 4 hours on Saturday.
