Out of towner with some questions!

Hey guys

I'm leaving tomorrow night for WF and had a couple of questions!

1. I have skiis but no boots, can I rent just the boots? (The website only lists rental prices for both skiis and boots)
2. I heard there is a toboggan run on Mirror lake, anyone want to confirm?
3. Any recommended restaurants/pubs around the area?
4. Beside the highly promoted activities (ie, bobsled, skating, etc) is there anything else fun you'd reccomend?

1. You can rent boots only at the mountain
2. The toboggan run on Mirror Lake isn't open yet
3. Lisa G's is very cool, stopped in to the new Charlie's on Main Street and loved the atmosphere with a nice menu, we went and had drinks at their bar, TBar and it was a great setup I felt like I was in Aspen, very well done. Milano on Main Street is also very good. Brown Dog Deli, Desporados and Caribbean Cowboy are fun. Also for lunch I like Saranac Sourdough and also Simply Gourmet. Pubs you have to check out the Cottage, LP Pub and Brewery and Zig Zags.
4. Palace theatre is a great movie theatre I think it is the only one in the country where it is only $6.00 and sodas are 75 cents or so. It is just a neat old school movie experience. I also hear there are sleigh rides at the Whiteface Club.
