Anyone ski Mon/Tues? I have to convince my 7 month prego wife that the conditions are worth the drive up from northern new jersey. We usually ski at Gore, but would like to make a trip up to LP so she has something to do during the day. Any recommendations on a cheap hotel/motel in or just outside of LP would also be greatly appreciated.

Dude....if your 7 month prego wife isn't skiing and makes the 4.5 to 5 hour drive up to LP with you so you can make turns, you gotta do better by her than a cheap motel . We've stayed at the new Courtyard on 73 just outside of town. Very nice place, but their weekend rates aren't cheap.
