I emailed Gore and asked point blank what the deal was with snow making. Here's the response from this morning;

Currently snowmakers have guns blasting everywhere and with almost every night this week in the teens that means great weather for making lots of nice dry snow. They are working throughout the lower mountain as well as Cloud and Headwaters up top.
