I saw on Whiteface's website that they state the closing date is April 15? Is this up-to-date or has the date been extended because of the great snowfall this winter?

I don't know, but last season they did extended into the 3rd week in April. I remember it well cause I got in 2 great days (Fri. and Sat.) skiing the Slides on blue bird days. Also went to a great tailgate party in the Wilmington Lot Sat. after skiing. Those 2 days where the best ones I had all last season. Hoping for a repeat this season.

On front page I don't see any reference to the closing date...

In fact, April 15 falls on Tuesday this year and it was Sunday last year, so you must be looking at last season's information.

I say, officially last day will be 13th, most likely actual closing on 20th.

Let's speculate on closing day. Obvious choices are Sundays.

Here is my unscientific outlook at chances for Closing day:

April 13 - 5%
April 20 - 40%
April 27 - 40%
May 4 - 5%

I want be able to ski in April (besides 5 and 6) so I wonder if we have enough snow for May closing...
