More interesting than its reappearance, in my opinion, is: why was it not included on the webpage this winter?

I still haven't really been able to figure out what happened last year(?) when the forum was "shut down". I got blacklisted from home - I think because I had a directway IP. I happened to stumble across a reference that it was back up in another forum. I thought that it had lost its official whiteface status.
