Some time ago I complained that Whiteface wasn't doing enough to promote its "green" side, since environmental awareness seems to be on the uptick these days and Whiteface seems to be a pretty responsible corporate citizen.

I'm happy to retract my criticism, since Whiteface's site now prominently features an article on its role in protecting the Bicknell's Thrush. Interesting read. I was suprised to see how limited the bird's breeding ground is, and understand a lot more what all the fuss is about.
