Gore Trip Report

79.5 Miles. 1:30 travel time.

This sums up the day perfectly. I was riding the triple (my favorite chair) with a gore regular. We somehow get on the topic of which is better. Gore or Whiteface. He gets us on this topic. Anyway…I being a whiteface regular gave my opinion and he defends his…nothing hostile just nice chair banter. Then he goes...”Well there are ford people and there’s Chevy people just like there’s gore and whiteface people.” :twisted:

Blue bird day. :D Great conditions. Snow corned up nicely. Skied hawkeye, rumor, lies, open pit, chatiemac, Straightbrook Glades, Fairview, uncas, Hullabaloo, etc. LOVED straightbrook glades. The bumps were laid out perfectly. All said I enjoyed the day trip. Too bad more glades weren’t open. Maybe next time. :wink:

PS Don't move the mogul comp. Where's the tradition? Lower hawkeye is a great spot. Putting it under the gondi where that derby was today will make it cheesy. IMHO. :twisted:
