Bottom Line: Do I have to pay for the rescue efforts for these guys getting lost going out of bounds? Or will they pay for their actions? How much will the taxpayers get stuck for this?

Do I have to pay the next time your house catches fire and the firemen come, and the police, or perhaps a state run hospitals ambulance? If you do something stupid and need any of these services, are you the idiot then, or does it not pertain to you?
