I heard it was vetoed by Pataki but then was overriden by the legislature. Is that the latest?

Thats the latest i have heard as well... I'll keep my eyes open for some new info though.

I'm 99.9% sure that the legislature overrode the veto and it's a done deal. Check the ATU. I couldn't find the link.

Residents Committee to Protect the Adirondacks is suing the APA regarding the approval process... Pretty normal procedure though so really no worries
