YO ADD Weather Heads

I saw on the weather channel that there is a major artic blast coming in and they're having a BLIZZARD out in the midwest today. Do any of you weather junkies have any more info on what this might do?

Unfortunately, the front that is bringing that blizzard to the midwest is going to pass well to the north of the area (north of Montreal even) allowing warm air to move northward. No major storms on the horizon for upstate NY. Outside chance of some stormy winter weather next week.
