Weibrecht # 16 at Beaver Creek
Andrew Weibrecht (NYSEF/USST) had a great run at Beaver Creek today in the Super Combined. He came from the back of the pack in the DH portion to finish as the top American after the DH portion. He was 5th out of 52 competitors. His slalom was not as quick, but a great day for Andrew finishing out at 16th overall. You can catch his DH run on Universalsports.com, cursor over to 141.00 on the time bar for his run. Great job Andrew, Contrats to Mom and Dad! Go NYSEF athletes.

I saw this man skiing a few (5?) years ago. it was a warm day and i was sitting on the bistro deck. he was skiing without a coat or shirt. anyway, he kept lapping runs off the mtn run chair. He would bomb the run nonstop, linking tight turns the whole way down then right back up and charge right back down. i remember thinking it was more like a workout than a normal ski run. he was ripping it, aggressively pounding out turns and runs. i see it paid off. Congrats to him!
