    WINTER STORM WATCH

    ...WINTER STORM WATCH IN EFFECT FROM FRIDAY MORNING THROUGH SATURDAY EVENING...

    THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN BURLINGTON HAS ISSUED A WINTER STORM WATCH...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM FRIDAY MORNING THROUGH SATURDAY EVENING. THE WATCH IS FOR THE WESTERN SLOPES OF THE GREEN MOUNTAINS...NORTH CENTRAL VERMONT...AND THE ADIRONDACKS OF NORTHERN NEW YORK.

    THERE IS THE POTENTIAL FOR 6 OR MORE INCHES OF SNOW BY SATURDAY EVENING.
    The Stone Age didn’t end because people ran out of stones.

    The radar is showing snow at the mountain as I type!

    It says they got 2 inches yesterday. I looked at the web cam but you cant tell if its snowing. If its snowing up there could you keep us informed.

    I was there yesterday. It was snowin' pretty good when I left but it didn't start until after 4. Conditions were great yesterday - fast and furious. Very little ice - very grippy. Skyward, upper and lower, were great. 3-6" predicted from a little "thing" that will start tonight around drive time and just kinda hang around all day tomorrow and into tomorrow night.
